These are some of the Illustrations that I produced on my Foundation Art course last year. I thought that putting theses up on my blog will help me see my improvements and achievements that I gain over the year.

This is my favourite illustration that I produced. I designed this to show off my illustration skills for my University portfolio. I admit it was a piece of work that had no really project attached to it just a mood bored of silver items and Japanese fashion to inspire me. I love the quality of the piece concidering that it was very rushed. the piece is mixed media, I have used Oil piant, pen and sewing machine stitch over the top.

This was a small Presentation project where I looked at the work of Alexander McQueen and the colour blue. From this I crated a sample of fabric which had come from these influences. I then used this fabric to produce some 1960's style dresses and add the sample onto the dress in CAD.

I decided to work more in CAD to creates flats for each of the dresses. It worked really well and CAD makes my work sharper (as I tend to draw very sketchy) and also looks more profession.
I like to draw Illustrastions then work into them on CAD, I would like to develop this further throughout this year and learn new skills on the CAD suites.
